IGII and Sender’s Construction are proud to announce the opening of “The Point on Broadway.” This newly renovated office building is located at 302 West Broadway in Polk City. The building, formerly known as the “Broken Arrow” on the corner of the town square had been vacant for some time which resulted in the space becoming an eye sore for the community. The building does however have a long and unique history dating back to the founding’s of Polk City and was once owned by the town’s founder, George Beebe. The building has been completely renovated, environmental issues mitigated to house twelve separate office suites, common conference room and break area. The building has five of the twelve office suites occupied as it opens. Interested parties should contact IGII at (515) 329-8001. The buildings history, renovation and current use are detailed in the operations tab.
