Wolf Creek Town Homes

Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. Management Center: IGII completed construction on its new “Management Center” in the Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City, Iowa in late 2013. IGII has since moved the corporate management activity into the facility and now conducts all of its management and operations from the new Management Center. The facility features corporate management offices for Operations, Finance, Accounting and tax as well as Legal. The facility also houses the management office and warehouse space for Sender’s Construction which is a business platform within IGII.

IGII plans to create work and jobs in the Polk City area. The corporation has plans for sequential expansion of an additional 40,000 square feet on the 2.2 acre lot. In addition, IGII also owns 3.3 acres in the technology campus directly across the street from the Management Center. This property could result in an additional 80,000 square foot facility which can be used for future expansion as IGII operations grow.

Fort Dodge House Renovation: IGII through its affiliate, Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC has spent considerable time and resources in the renovation of this classic home. The Bradt House, constructed by Dr. R. Kenyon Bradt with the help of his son, R. Kenyon Bradt Jr., is located on the Northeastern edge of Fort Dodge's North Woods. Norman Gothic in design, the house can be taken to represent a melding together of both the Norwegian and the middle-European heritages of the medieval period of Western European architectural history, and the Norwegian and Luxembourgian family heritages of Dr. Bradt and his wife, Josephine E. (Clemens) Bradt. The land was obtained by Bradt in 1967 and construction on the house began in 1972.

From the onset, the building of this home was a Labor of Love. Dr. Bradt and his family could not have known the magnitude and the scope of this construction when it began. From rail cars loaded with custom brick to be laid all the way to hundreds of feet of mahogany wood for inside trim to be cut and placed, the project was immense. Sadly, Dr. Bradt passed away before this Labor of Love could be fully realized.

The house has now been completely renovated inside and out. New Anderson windows and doors have been installed as well as leaf guard gutter systems. Landscaping and new seeding, a flower garden, rear and front patios along with a water feature highlight the outside.

The inside was completely redone to include carpet and tile. The kitchen is modern with all new appliances and granite countertops as seen in the picture to the left. The fireplace is now stone from floor to ceiling in the great room. All new fixtures and lighting have been installed throughout the house.

Bradt House
Wakonda Woods Residential Lots: Iowa Growth also owns, and currently has for sale residential lots immediately to the South of the House described above. These lots are large and heavily wooded making them an ideal place for a walkout. The lots back to a very secluded and wooded area and are close to a trail network which prevents development.
