November 30, 2016. IGII announces structural changes for affiliate companies. IGII announced that one of its business platforms was closed effective November 30, 2016 and a second will be closed at the end of 2016. This transition comes as a part of planned corporate changes. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC was transitioned and closed as of this date. Polk City Real Estate, LLC will be closed with effective date of December 31, 2016. Property and assets from both platforms were transferred into Sender’s Construction, LLC. Sender, working with IGII management has developed plans to develop the remaining assets in the very near future. The transition creates a cleaner focus and improves management and accounting control.

November 14, 2016. Board of Directors Resignation. IGII announced that David Raes has resigned from the IGII Board effective immediately. Raes was recently assigned additional responsibility within Booz Allen Hamilton which will require additional time and frequent travel outside of the U. S. David Raes had served on the IGII Board of Directors since November, 2016. IGII accepted his resignation with the hope that at some point in the future after his retirement and return to Iowa, he will consider resuming his relationship with IGII.

November 1, 2016. IGII announces Executive position changes. David Lindberg was approved by the IGII Board of Directors and accepted a new position as the IGII Chief Executive Officer. Lindberg will replace Bruce Boland in this capacity. Boland will continue to serve as the IGII Board Chairman however; due to recent health concerns, he will not maintain an office at the IGII Management Center. Lindberg was also approved to fill a vacancy on the IGII Board of Directors. Lindberg has been with IGII for five years and had served as a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2015. These position changes are effective November 1, 2016. Curt Blake of Polk City was also approved for renewal of his consulting agreement with IGII and will continue to serve as an operations and development specialist in support of the IGII business platforms.

October 27, 2016. IGII conducts the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 3, 2016. IGII along with their affiliate company’s conducted their Third Quarter 2016 Board of Directors Meeting on October 27, 2016. The meeting was conducted at the IGII Management Center in Polk City, Iowa. Among the agenda items discussed was the review of corporate financials and corporate activity through the quarter. The board also dealt with filling of a board vacancy and approved a new Chief Executive Officer. A specific point of interest to the directors was the 2015 corporate audit scheduled to begin in the next thirty days. The next Board Meeting was approved for January 26, 2017.

October 22, 2016. IGII announces the passing of Board of Directors member, Robert Nicks. It is with great sadness that IGII announces the passing of Robert Nicks. Robert was a long time member of the Iowa Growth Investors Board of Directors in Polk City, Iowa where he continued to serve until his passing. Robert held a number of key business positions to include Chief Financial Officer for two General Motors franchises in Fort Dodge Iowa. Additionally, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer of First Continental Communications, Johnston, Iowa, First Continental Financial, First Continental Industries and First Continental Group all in Des Moines, Iowa. December 20, 1928 ~ October 21, 2016
Robert Nicks, age 87 of Unionville, Missouri, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Robert was born on a family farm in Little Rock, Iowa on December 20, 1928, the son of Alvin and Tillie (Gerdes) Nicks. He attended college and obtained his teaching certificate. Robert taught school for a brief period of time. He was united in marriage to Treva Huisman on December 20, 1948 in Kamrar, Iowa. From this union, three children were born, Alan, Randy and Tina. Robert was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served in the Korean War. Afterwards, he was a business partner in numerous business ventures throughout his lifetime. Robert was also an outdoorsman, enjoying many family fishing trips to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Canada. In retirement Robert returned to the farming world he so cherished as a child. He maintained a cattle and crop farm operation in Northern Missouri for many years. Robert and Treva were long-time residents of Lake Thunderhead prior to living at Homestead, and loved living there. He was also a member of the First Christian Church in Unionville, Missouri. Robert is survived by his wife, Treva Nicks of Centerville; his children, Alan (Jacque) Nicks of Hudson, Iowa, Randy (Diana) Nicks of Union, Missouri, and Tina Nicks of Phoenix, Arizona; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and a deceased grandchild.

September 1, 2016. IGII announces that Century Link has agreed to install high speed fiber in the Wolf Creek Townhome Association. IGII announced that this new fiber will be installed in the newly platted and as of yet undeveloped portion of the association. This installation when completed will provide residents of these new homes access to high speed connections through Century Link.

Concept DesignMarch 31, 2016. Sender’s Construction, an affiliate of IGII, announces the acquisition of the “Broken Arrow” building in Polk City. Sender’s Construction has purchased the old facility locally known as the “Broken Arrow” property located at 302 West Broadway in Polk City. Located on the Northwest corner of the city square, current plans include renovation for future commercial use as seen in the concept sketch. December 1, 2015. IGII announced today the formation of a new Agricultural Products and Services company. Brookstone Specialty Services, Incorporated (BSSI), began operations on December 1, 2015 providing dependable and high quality services to the agricultural community through their Livestock Transport service. Additional opportunities in the Agricultural Products and Services will follow this initial offering. More information on BSSI and its company activities will be announced in the near future.

November 1, 2015. IGII announces the addition of a consultant to the IGII team. IGII announced today the addition of Curt Blake of Polk City as a consultant to IGII and its corporate affiliates. In this new role Curt will provide Sales Development and Operations expertise to IGII. Curt’s initial focus will be on the development of strategies for BAB Enterprises as well as Keith Nelson Sales Group. Curt’s entrepreneurial, marketing and sales background provides IGII and affiliates with proven experience.

October 24, 2015 – IGII conducts the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 3, 2015. September 15, 2015. IGII announces Corporate Audit. IGII announced today that the corporation will undergo an extensive audit beginning later this year. The audit will be conducted by an outside entity and will include all corporate activity for the years 2011 through 2014 year end. IGII and all of its affiliates to include Polk City Real Estate, Fort Dodge Real Estate, Sender’s Construction, Rougemont Insurance and Wolf Creek Technology will be reviewed and reported in this audit. Expectation is the audit will begin in late October and reports should be available to IGII early in 2016.

August 1, 2015. IGII announces Wolf Creek Technology, LLC will occupy office space in the IGII Management Center. IGII has announced that the corporation’s Information and Technology affiliate, Wolf Creek Technology, LLC will transition its daily operations into the IGII Management Center located in the Big Creek Technology Campus at 115 East Vista Lake Avenue in Polk City. This move will provide for an increased level of management and administrative support to the platform. Wolf Creek Technology provides a variety of IT services to include Website Design, Programming and Courseware Development as well as Social Media Campaigns for their clients. July 29, 2015. IGII and its affiliate Polk City Real Estate announce 1.6 Million in Garden Home sales plus the sale of 900 West Trace Drive in Polk City, Iowa. IGII and its affiliate, Polk City Real Estate have experienced brisk sales of their Garden Homes in the Wolf Creek Townhome Association and announced today that gross sales have reached 1.6 Million over the past nine months. Each unit represents consistent construction work for about fifteen subcontractors that in turn, affect continued employment for approximately 75 people which has a significant impact to the local economy. July 24, 2015. IGII conducts the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 2, 2015. IGII announced that the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for the second quarter of the 2015 corporate year was conducted on July 24, 2015. The meeting included review of Quarter 2 and year to date accomplishments of the corporation and its affiliates. The board asked for a special meeting in late August to discuss recent developments in Fort Dodge as the chairman has been approached by a group from that area to consider commercial real estate projects for early 2016. The board also discussed the success of Garden Home sales in the Wolf Creek Townhome Association noting 1.6 Million in gross sales over the past nine months and the expectation is to be sold out of these units by early 2016. The board also discussed the potential positive impact of an upcoming Polk City Bond for approval of a Recreation Complex consisting of athletic fields and aquatic center. The new management team presented the potential for IGII to expand its development property, both commercial and residential in the Polk City area and the board approved this major expansion to include expansion of its construction group to be focused and ready when the Polk City Bond issue passes. The board asked that his expansion also be reviewed at a special meeting in late August. Additionally an expansion of the IGII management and business research activity was presented to further consider three various Ag-related startup opportunities which could be located in Polk City. The next corporate board meeting is scheduled for October, 2015.

July 1, 2015. The IGII Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lindberg as the corporations Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. IGII announced today that effective mid-year, David Lindberg has become an internal employee to the corporation. Mr. Lindberg previously provided consulted to the IGII chairman during the early period of IGII’s corporate development. He was actively involved with the chairman in the various levels of strategic investing and startup ideas to include training and development of people, projects, business principles, products and services. June 25, 2015. IGII recognizes the two year anniversary with its insurance affiliate, Rougemont Insurance Group, LLC of Glendale AZ. IGII has announced that June 25, 2015 marks the second anniversary of the corporation’s business relationship with Rougemont Insurance Group, LLC. Rougemont Insurance is an independent agent, licensed in multiple states and specializing in Personal and Casualty insurance offerings. The company is owned and operated by L. J. Rougemont. Over the past two years Rougemont has demonstrated significant growth by nearly tripling gross revenues. The IGII management team is considering the potential of expanding the Rougemont Insurance platform business based on this growth.

May 15, 2015. IGII conducts Fourth Annual Shareholders Meeting. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. hosted the corporation’s Fourth Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 15, 2015. The meeting was held at the Tournament Club of Iowa in Polk City, Iowa. The Chairman and Acting CEO along with the corporate President presented to the shareholders highlights from the corporation’s Annual Report to include financial and operational detail as well as corporate plans for future activity. The next annual meeting is tentatively scheduled for spring, 2016.

April 24, 2015. IGII conducts the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 1, 2015. IGII announced that the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for the first quarter of the 2015 corporate year was conducted on April 24, 2015. The meeting included review of Quarter 1 accomplishments of the corporation and its affiliates. The board made special mention and commended the performance of the Sender Construction President for the quality of all construction projects and; for ensuring that at completion our valued customers received a great value with few to no surprises. The board also discussed future opportunities to include the potential expansion of development property in the Fort Dodge area for both commercial and residential opportunities. In addition, the board discussed the upcoming Special Bond in Polk City to consider the construction of a multimillion dollar recreation complex to be located very near the IGII Management Center. If approved this would greatly benefit the city, increase property value and potentially bring additional growth to the Polk City area. March 17, 2015. IGII announces dedication of Legacy Plaza in Fountain Hills AZ. IGII along with First Continental Group, LLC is proud to announce the recent dedication of the legacy plaza in Fountain Hills, AZ. The plaza, nearly two years in the making was proudly dedicated as the “Joe and Marge Brown Legacy Plaza” in a public ceremony in Fountain Hills on March 17, 2015. Joseph and Marjorie Knudson Brown were very effective, early pioneers and quiet advocates for many community causes initially in Fort Dodge, Iowa and later in Fountain Hills. They were entrepreneurs, visionaries and risk takers as well as primary business partners in a number of companies to include First Continental Group, LLC and First Continental Financial, LLC for many years. Marge Brown also served on the Iowa Growth Investors Inc. Board of Directors until her death in December, 2013. Joe Brown passed away in 1999. March 1, 2015. IGII announced today that the Annual Shareholders Meeting for the corporation will be held in Polk City, Iowa on May 15, 2015. IGII announced today that the corporation’s Annual Shareholders Meeting for corporate year 2014 will be held in Polk City on May 15, 2015. The meeting will be conducted at the Tournament Club of Iowa. IGII is a private corporation and therefore only shareholders, directors and corporate officers will be in attendance. The meeting is not open to the public.

February 23, 2015. IGII and its affiliate Fort Dodge Real Estate announced today the sale of our signature property located at 2510 N 22d St., Fort Dodge Iowa. IGII and Fort Dodge Real Estate are pleased to announce the sale of property in Fort Dodge. This property was completely renovated over the course of 18 months and then offered for sale in a uniquely located, wooded and private area in Fort Dodge. The nearly 5,000 square foot house offered living space on three levels as well as a basement level. From the beginning IGII realized that the purchase of this home would require the right buyer. The home was sold to that type of person in late February. The new owners are expected to occupy the home in early March, 2015. IGII also owns additional Fort Dodge property in the same area and will reviewing that property for relisting in the near future.

February 15, 2015. IGII and its affiliate Polk City Real Estate announced the completion of two Garden Homes in Polk City, Iowa. IGII recently announced the construction of two new Garden Home units was recently completed. The units are located in the Wolf Creek Townhome Association. Both are three-car, single family residential properties. Both units offer 1400 square feet on the main level with open floor plans and fireplace as well as 1400 square feet of additional space in the lower level which includes rough-ins for plumbing. The units are located at 909 Chinook Way and 910 Chinook Way. Both properties are offered for sale by IGII’s affiliate, Polk City Real Estate. February 13, 2015. IGII and its affiliate Polk City Real Estate announced the sale of real estate property located at 309 2d Street in Polk City, Iowa. IGII announced that the property at 309 2d Street in Polk City has been sold. The property was acquired in October, 2014 the IGII’s affiliate, Polk City Real Estate. IGII had recently cleaned the lot and removed the old house structure from the property. The property was purchased by an area developer however IGII is unaware of any future plans for the property by the new owners.

February 12, 2015. IGII conducts the quarterly Board of Directors meeting for Quarter 4, 2014 and Year-end. IGII announced that the quarterly Board of Directors meeting originally scheduled for January 24, 2015 was rescheduled and conducted on February 12, 2015. The meeting included review of Quarter 4 and year end accomplishments of the corporation and the corporate affiliates.

January 1, 2015. The IGII Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Oberreuter as the corporations Acting Chief Financial Officer. IGII announced today that effective with the first of the year, Christopher Oberreuter has become an internal employee to the corporation. Chris had previously provided financial input and consulting to IGII through his accounting company, Oberreuter & Company, CPA, PLC. October 23, 2014. IGII announces the purchase of 309 2d Street property in Polk City, Iowa. IGII and its affiliate, Polk City Real Estate announced the purchase of residential property in Polk City. The property, located at 309 2d Street, has been vacant for some time. Immediate plans for the property include cleaning and grading of the corner lot and removal of the old house from the property. Long terms plans for the property are still under review.

October 20, 2014. IGII and its affiliate Polk City Real Estate announce the sale of their first Garden Home at 820 West Trace Drive in Polk City, Iowa. IGII and its affiliate, Polk City Real Estate announced today their first Garden Home sale in the Polk City area. The home is located in the Wolf Creek Townhome Association. Construction is expected to begin in early November and should be completed by May, 2015. IGII’s affiliate, Sender’s Construction, will manage the construction process. October 3, 2014. IGII announces sale of industrial property in Macon, Missouri. IGII announced that their industrial property located in Macon, Missouri has been sold. The property, located in the Macon Industrial Park on the South edge of Macon featured a 33,000 square foot facility and included office spaces. The property was sold to a Motor and Transport Company who plans to develop the property into a sales and maintenance facility for their Macon Operations. Located at the intersection of Highways 136 and 36, the property will make an excellent location for this purpose. Also most exciting to IGII is that the company will create a significant number of new jobs in the area which will help to bolster the Macon economy.

October 3, 2014. IGII is pleased to announce the sale of commercial property in Macon, Mo. IGII has owned the property for several years and during that time looked at a number of opportunities for the property along with the Macon Economic Development Corporation. IGII had always intended that the sale and use of the property would create jobs for the Macon community. August 22, 2014. IGII announce the recent approval of the “Joe and Marge Brown Legacy Plaza”. IGII along with First Continental Group, LLC is proud to announce the recent approval of the “Joe and Marge Brown Legacy Plaza” in Fountain Hills AZ. Joseph and Marjorie Knudson Brown were very effective, early pioneers and quiet advocates for many community causes initially in Fort Dodge, Iowa and later in Fountain Hills. They were entrepreneurs, visionaries and risk takers as well as primary business partners in a number of companies to include First Continental Group, LLC and First Continental Financial, LLC for many years. Marge Brown also served on the Iowa Growth Investors Inc. Board of Directors until her death in December, 2013. Joe Brown passed away in 1999. June 9, 2014. IGII and Polk City Real Estate announce construction start for new Garden Homes. IGII announced that construction will begin soon for new Garden Homes in the Wolf Creek Townhome Complex in Polk City, Iowa. These homes will be single residence and the corporation will construct fourteen total units in the complex. The construction will feature four two-car garage structures and 10 three-car garage structures. IGII announced that the construction of new townhome at 821/825 West Trace Drive in the Wolf Creek Townhome Complex in Polk City, Iowa is nearing completion. May 27, 2014. IGII and Polk City Real Estate announce approval of new Platting effort. IGII announced their plans to restructure a portion of property in the Wolf Creek Townhome Complex from Townhomes to Single Residence Garden Homes were approved by the Polk City, City Council on May 27, 2014. Plat 10 had been previously reviewed and recommended to the council for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 19, 2014. IGII along with Polk City Real Estate will be developing operational plans and timelines for the start of construction within this plat in the near future.

IGII hosted an Open House at the corporation’s new Management Center in the Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City, Iowa on May 16, 2014. The event was open to the public and the timing allowed the opportunity for IGII Shareholders to attend while in town for the annual shareholder meeting. A Ribbon-cutting ceremony was hosted by the Polk City Chamber of Commerce prior to the open house. The day’s events were scheduled to mark the “Official” opening of the IGII Management Center. IGII would like to thank the Polk City Chamber, Polk City Development Corporation and Polk City officials, along with many others behind the scenes for their efforts in making these corporate events so successful and well attended.

Shareholders received corporate information from IGII officers to include the Chairman, CEO and President relative to IGII Corporate activity. April 25, 2014. IGII conducts First Quarter Director’s Meeting. IGII, along with affiliate company’s Polk City real Estate and Fort Dodge Real Estate conducted their First Quarter 2014 Board of Directors Meeting on April 25, 2014. The meeting was conducted at the IGII Management Center in Polk City, Iowa. In addition to the corporate agenda items, the IGII Board approved moving forward with plans to begin new construction in the Wolf Creek Townhome Complex in Polk City. The Board also discussed plans for the creation of up to 75 jobs in the future. More information will be provided in the fourth quarter of 2014. The board reviewed plans and approved the agenda for the upcoming Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on May 16, 2014. The next Board Meeting was approved for July 25, 2014.

March 25, 2014. IGII announces scheduling for First Quarter 2014 Board of Directors Meeting. IGII has announced the First Quarter, 2014 Board of Directors Meeting to be conducted on April 25, 2014. The company has developed significant opportunities that are unusual in size and scope and this board meeting will begin to deal with those opportunities which are all very good for the local community. The meeting will originate from the new IGII Management Center located in the Big Creek Technology Park in Polk City, Iowa. IGII announced today the start of home construction in the Wolf Creek Townhome complex with the recent break in weather. IGII will be moving forward with construction plans for the build-out of 19 Townhomes and Garden Homes for future sale. The first site located at 821 and 825 West Trace Dr. will feature a two-car townhome at each address both of which should be ready for viewing by late April. In the coming weeks, IGII will also begin construction of a new Garden Home design featuring two and three car models along the Northern and Western edge of the property. IGII expects those units to be ready in late May to June of this year. February 28, 2014. IGII announces Ribbon Cutting and Open House. IGII has announced a Ribbon cutting ceremony to be held May 16, 2014 at the new start-up IGII Management Center, Big Creek Technology Park, Polk City, Iowa. The ceremony will be planned and conducted in coordination with the Polk City Chamber of Commerce and the Polk City Development Corporation (PCDC). IGII will also host an Open House event immediately following the ceremony. Both of these events are open to the public. This event is planned to coincide with the Annual Shareholder meeting to be held earlier in the day and will allow IGII shareholders to be a part of the official opening of the new start-up IGII Management Center.

February 20, 2014. IGII announces 2013 Annual Shareholder Meeting. IGII has announced that the First Formal "Outside" Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Polk City on May 16, 2014. The meeting will be held in the exclusive “Kings Room” at the Tournament Club of Iowa. The meeting will be followed by a tour of the new IGII Management Center for the shareholders.

January 31, 2014. IGII announces construction start in Wolf Creek Town Homes. IGII has announced that construction will begin in the coming days on a multi-million dollar project in the Wolf Creek Town Home complex, Polk City, Iowa. IGII will begin with the construction of a Town Home unit which is expected to be completed in early May. Construction will continue in the coming months with the addition of single unit Garden Homes which are projected to begin in April. Brian Sender, Sender’s Construction will serve as the General Contractor for this project. Look for further announcements as construction progresses.

January 15, 2014. IGII announces approval of Plat 8, Wolf Creek Town Homes. IGII has announced the approval of Plat 8 in the Wolf Creek Town Home complex. The city of Polk City granted final approval on November 18, 2013. This plat will allow IGII to construct single unit Garden Homes in the North and West portion of the complex. IGII expects to commence construction on these residential units in April 2014.

January 13, 2014. IGII announces addition to the Board of Directors. IGII announced the addition of a new member to the Board of Directors as approved by the board during the December 26, 2013 meeting. Robert Nicks will join the IGII board effective with the next regular meeting. Mr. Nicks spent 4 years in the United States Air Force followed by employment in the retail automobile industry for 32 years. The majority of his time in the industry was spent primarily as a controller. Mr. Nicks also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of First Continental Group as well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for First Continental Financial that is currently in its wind-down mode. Mr. Nicks and his wife reside in Gilbert, Arizona. IGII welcomes his experience and talent to the IGII Board of Directors.

December 18, 2013. IGII announces rescheduled date for Board of Directors Meeting. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. and First Continental Group have announced the rescheduling of the previously postponed joint Board of Directors meeting. The meeting is planned December 26th at the company’s new Management Center in Polk City. The meeting will include discussion of expansion of the Board of Directors as well as further discussion of expansion of investments in the Polk City market and the Glendale, Arizona market in 2014. The meeting will also detail the major activities and investments over the course of 2013 and prepare the way for 2014 through 2017 strategies.

December 12, 2013. IGII announces the death of Marge Brown.

IGII announced the death of Marge Brown who passed away at her home in Fountain Hills, Arizona on December 9, 2013. Mrs. Brown was a long time business partner and was a founding member of First Continental Group where she served on the Board of Directors until her death. Mrs. Brown known simply as "Marge” was also a member of the Marge Knutson Brown Corporation and other various high-risk investment companies. She remained active in Real Estate development and high-risk investing until her death. Mrs. Brown and her husband Joe were very active in real estate projects in Fort Dodge, Iowa and were early (1971) participants in the early stages of high-risk investing during the founding of Fountain Hills, AZ. Marge’s maiden name was Knutson. She was raised in Badger and Fort Dodge, IA. Her Grandfather founded the city of Badger and her Father gifted the land for the city park. Badger, IA is a "suburb" of Fort Dodge, IA. Marge and Joe, along with the Brown and Knutson families participated in high-risk investing and the development of communities all of their lives. Marge recently received an award for her 52 years of experience in Real Estate development and sales in Fort Dodge, IA and Fountain Hills, AZ. Joe preceded Marge in death in 1999. She will be greatly missed by her partners and friends.

December 10, 2013. IGII announces postponement of the Board of Directors Meeting. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. and First Continental Group announced postponement of the previously scheduled Joint Board of Directors meeting. The meeting originally scheduled for December 11, 2013 is postponed due to the death of a partner. The meeting will be rescheduled at a date and time to be determined.

November 14, 2013. IGII announces upcoming Board of Directors Meeting. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. and First Continental Group plan for joint Board of Directors meeting to discuss further expansion of board seats. The meeting is planned December 11th at the company’s new Management Center in Polk City. In addition the meeting will include discussion of further expansion of investments in the Polk City market as well as in the Glendale, Arizona market in early 2014. The meeting is also planned to approve the expansion of banking relationships in Iowa and Arizona for the future growth of the holding company. The agenda includes how IGII can build wonderful high quality products inside the city limits of Polk City and Ankeny, Iowa as well as various Arizona markets for real measurable valued products and services to our partners, their customers and expand how we can best serve our partners and create good, solid jobs with futures.

November 11, 2013. IGII announces approval of Wolf Creek Townhomes Plat 8. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. has announced the approval of Plat 8, Wolf Creek Townhome subdivision in Polk City, Iowa. The plat was unanimously approved by the Polk City, City Council at their regular meeting November 11, 2013. IGII intends to build a high quality Garden Home design in this newly platted area. Construction will begin immediately.

November 5, 2013. IGII announces the death of Larry Kriegh.

IGII announced the death of Larry Kriegh, Ankeny, Iowa who passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa on October 30, 2013. Mr. Kriegh was a long time business partner and a founding member of First Continental Group where he served on the Board of Directors for 23 years until his death. Mr. Kriegh had significant business experience spending 31 years with the Pizza Hut Corporation and EL KRAM Corporation. He began the first Pizza Hut franchise in Iowa after starting successful franchises in Kansas, Colorado and North Carolina. Mr. Kriegh was involved in many ventures and investments over his career. He will be greatly missed by his partners.

Iowa Growth Investors, Inc., along with Polk City Real Estate, LLC and Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC has announced their transition into the new IGII Management Center. The building is located in the Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City, Iowa. The management center is designed to support the activity of the various companies and investments in which IGII is involved and assisting. The Management Center will house IGII Management, Corporate Investment and Securities, Corporate Accounting and Tax professionals as well as Corporate Legal. In the future the facility could house up to 8 additional personnel to provide corporate support to the companies which IGII is providing assistance.

October 1, 2013. IGII Management Center nears completion. IGII is pleased to announce the corporation is nearing completion on the construction of its new office building located in the Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City. The first phase of planned construction began with a Ground Breaking on March 4th of this year as previously announced on our website. IGII Construction Division President, Brian Sender managed the construction process with minimal delays and recently informed the IGII board that the building should be ready for "move in" by mid-October. Once completed, this first phase of the building will provide a two-story management center to house the IGII staff. The Corporate focus of IGII is to create jobs and add value to its partners. The Management Center will allow transition under one roof for the management of business platforms to include; various startup and transitional Information Technology companies along with Construction, Real Estate, Insurance and Finance. September 30, 2013. IGII announces construction contract award. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc., and Polk City Real Estate, LLC have formally entered into an agreement with Sender Construction, LLC (formally known as Sender Construction Services, LLC) to construct approximately $4.3 million dollars of high quality Garden Homes and Town Homes in the Tournament Club of Iowa Wolf Creek Townhome subdivision in Polk City, Iowa. The location of this project is located directly across the street to the West of the new IGII Headquarters and Management Center. IGIl and Polk City Real Estate issued the purchase agreement because of Mr. Sender’s reputation of high quality workmanship. Sender has significant experience in the construction of both residential and commercial units as well as experience in renovations of all types. Sender has completed the two-story management center and has moved into the facility. Construction plans to build a number of properties in the Local Polk City market which will develop work, jobs and business relationships in the local area which supports IGII’s primary focus.

September 30, 2013. IGII acquires land for residential development. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated recently announced the acquisition of residential property on the North edge of Polk City, Iowa. The property is located in the Tournament Club of Iowa Wolf Creek Townhome complex on Vista Court and is currently subdivided into residential lots. IGII plans to build new homes for sale or for use by professionals that move to the Polk City area and join the IGII business family. The construction will begin this fall and be completed by IGII’s business partner, Sender Construction. Building will feature the construction of Townhomes as well as ranch-style Garden Homes with full basements and two and three car garages. The IGII focus of creating jobs and betterment of the community will be greatly enhanced through this construction activity. Once completed, IGII projects the value of the project at approximately 4.3 million.

September 28, 2013. IGII acquires land for commercial development. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated recently announced the acquisition of commercial property on the North edge of Polk City, Iowa. The property is located in the Big Creek Technology Campus on East Vista Lake Avenue. This property offers the potential for the future expansion of commercial business opportunities in Polk City. The IGII focus of creating jobs and the betterment of the community will be greatly enhanced through this planned expansion of business activity by bringing additional job opportunity and business activity to Polk City. As the IGII Management Team identifies small, medium or large turnarounds or startups that need our assistance, it is intended to build new facilities as needed for those companies.

September 23, 2013. IGII announces final settlement with the city of Fort Dodge. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated has announced they have reached final agreement and approval with the city of Fort Dodge, Iowa. The approval now allows IGII to finally move forward with the sale of residential properties in Fort Dodge. The process to finalize and complete the platting requirements was unusually complicated by numerous unusual complexities associated with the property and further, by ensuring that these complexities were resolved to the satisfaction of the city and IGII. The process was unusually difficult, extremely longer than normal and quite arduous; however IGII is in a position, and can now finally offer for sale some of the company property and house in the Webster County market to interested parties or developers. The property which is conservatively projected to sell for combined value of over 1 million dollars resale should provide job opportunity and much-needed new housing in the economically depressed Fort Dodge area. July 1, 2013. Chris Oberreuter joins the IGII organization in Polk City. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Oberreuter, CPA. June 14, 2013. IGII Announces a Joint Merger Investment Venture. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated has announced a joint merger investment venture with First Continental Financial, LLC and First Continental Group, LLC and its founding partners to enlarge and expand the IGII ability to support and help and continue the expansion efforts to create work and jobs in the Polk City and Ankeny, Iowa and the Arizona markets. May 15, 2013. Wolf Creek Technology, LLC joins the IGII Team. Iowa Growth Investors Incorporated is pleased to announce the addition of a newly-formed information technology company as a startup development partner. Wolf Creek Technology, LLC (WCT) and its owner, Dave Kyle along with assistance from IGII have announced the joint venture which is designed to grow a web site development and Information Technology platform. The general contractor, Senders Construction Services will be managing the construction phases of the project. IGII expects to be completed with the construction on or about August 1, 2013. The building site is located on Lot 2 of the Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City, Iowa.

The building is a two-story design with approximately 3,000 square feet on the first floor. The second floor will be completed sometime in the future as the need for additional office space occurs.

Once the building is completed it will become the corporate home for Iowa Growth Investors Inc. and their affiliate companies. We are very excited and looking forward to occupying the new building.

March 10, 2013. IGII announces issuance of Purchase Order for new facility.Iowa Growth Investors, Incorporated has announced the issuing of a Purchase order valued in excess of $1 million dollars to SENDER CONSTRUCTION, LLC. The purchase order is for the construction of the corporation’s first Phase facility and will be occupied by the Iowa Growth personnel for the Management Center. The facility will be located in the new Big Creek Technology Campus in Polk City, Iowa. The building is the first of four long term construction phases planned to house various startup companies that the corporation has yet to sign investment agreements. Sender will build the first phase as a uniquely designed two story of high quality. This first phase will house the new key managers for its support operations of ventures in Polk City and Ankeny Iowa as well as others in the Arizona market. See the web site for other information.

March 4, 2013. IGII and Polk City officials conduct Ground Breaking Ceremony.

IGII Office Ground Breaking
Iowa Growth Investors and Polk City Real Estate, LLC in conjunction with officials of Polk City, Iowa conducted a Ground Breaking ceremony on Monday, March 4, 2013. The ceremony was held at the site of the company’s proposed office building on Lot 2 in the Big Creek Technology Campus on the Northern edge of Polk City. John Calhoun of the Polk City Development Corporation arranged the ceremony and served as the ceremony facilitator. Participating in the Ground Breaking (From Left to Right below) is; Jon Johnson, President of the Polk City Development Corporation, Dan Lane, Polk City Planning and Zoning, Jeff Walter, Polk City City Council, Gary Heuertz, Polk City Mayor, Nan Boland Representing Iowa Growth Investors affiliate companies, Shane Tores, Polk City Chamber of Commerce President, LaVern Holtorf, IGII President and John Calhoun, Polk City Development Corporation.

A reception was held at the Riesing Sun restaurant in Polk City following the ceremony. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. will begin Phase 1 construction later this week. Once completed the 3,000 square foot building will be home to the company’s corporate headquarters.

Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. would like to thank the city of Polk City, Mayor Heuertz and other city officials for their assistance in this project, the Polk City Development Corporation for organizing the ceremony and reception and Midland Power Cooperative for their help in the development of this project. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. is excited to become a member of the Polk City Business community and we are looking forward to assisting city officials in helping Polk City to grow and develop.

November 25, 2012. IGII thanks companies and individuals for their work on our initial project. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. sponsored a "Thank You" advertisement in Sundays edition of the Fort Dodge Messenger. The ad was placed to publicly thank the individuals and companies for all of the work that went into our initial project in Fort Dodge. We are proud to thank approximately 149 individuals and 39 different companies who assisted in some way with the project. IGII was formed for the sole purpose of creating work and jobs. We believe that this project displays that purpose over our first ten months. We truly appreciate all of the effort in making this project a success.

We take a lot of pride in making routine projects beautiful for the sake of the city, the previous owner and the neighborhood. We did this by adding enormous value to an already valuable area of Fort Dodge. November 9, 2012. IGII announces the addition of a new External Consultant. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the addition of R. David Kyle as an outside information technology consultant to the Board of Directors. Mr. Kyle is a Military retiree with extensive experience in program management and Information Technology process. Mr. Kyle will begin his consultation services immediately.

November 1, 2012. IGII announces the approval of site plans for Polk City construction. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the recent Polk City approval of building and site plans for construction on lot 2 in the Big Creek Technology Campus located on the North end of Polk City, Iowa. IGII plans to begin construction in late 2012 with a completion date of the office/warehouse facility in 2013.

October 26, 2012. IGII announces the addition of a new Board of Directors member. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the addition of David W. Raes to its corporate Board of Directors. Mr. Raes is a Military retiree and is currently a client manager for Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, Virginia. Mr. Raes will begin his directorship on November 1, 2012.

October 25, 2012. IGII announces a C & C joint effort agreement. Iowa Growth Investors, Inc of Polk City, Iowa is pleased to announce that Senders Construction Services, LLC will be joining IGII. This addition will assist in developing the IGII mantra of job and work growth in the Polk County Iowa market. Previously, Sender had agreed to the development of IGII holdings in Fort Dodge. IGII and Sender have since re-focused their efforts in Polk County and IGII will be seeking new contractors or new investors for the Fort Dodge market.

October 1, 2012. IGII announces the purchase of land in Polk City, Iowa. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the acquisition of lot 2 in the Big Creek Technology Campus located on the North end of Polk City, Iowa. IGII plans to construct an office and warehouse facility on the property. IGII will now enter the city approval process for building plans.

July 11, 2012. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and IGII announce initial approval of property rezoning in Fort Dodge. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and Iowa Growth Investors have announced the initial approval of a rezoning request for the Wakonda Woods subdivision in Fort Dodge. The Fort Dodge Planning and Zoning Commission rendered initial approval of this request at its July 10th Meeting.

June 28, 2012. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and IGII announce submission of plat to the city of Fort Dodge. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and Iowa Growth Investors have announced the submission of a plat request to the city of Fort Dodge. The plat request includes the layout of 7 lots in the Wakanda Woods subdivision in Fort Dodge. The Fort Dodge Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the plat at its July 10th Meeting.

June 15, 2012. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and IGII announce development plans for Fort Dodge property. Fort Dodge Real Estate, LLC and Iowa Growth Investors have announced plans for the development and expansion of its investment in Fort Dodge. The Board of Directors approved the expansion of financial investments to be presented the city of Fort Dodge as the Wakanda Woods subdivision. The company will present these plans at the Fort Dodge Planning and Zoning Commission meeting in July.

May 25, 2012. IGII Board approves sale of Lots. The Iowa Growth Investors, Inc. Board of Directors approves the financed sale of all 6 residential lots in Fort Dodge to a Des Moines based contractor. The lots are in the proposed Wakanda Woods subdivision.

April 10, 2012. IGII announces the addition of a new Inside Consultant. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the addition of David E. Lindberg as an inside consultant to the Board of Directors. Mr. Lindberg is a Military retiree with extensive experience in management disciplines and problem solving. He also has experience in Human Resource, Operations, Logistics and Finance disciplines. Mr. Lindberg will begin his consultation services immediately.

December 1, 2011. IGII announces the acquisition of land in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Iowa Growth Investors has announced the acquisition of development property in the Northern portion of the city of Fort Dodge, Iowa. The property, formerly known as the Bradt Estate, totals approximately 20 acres and includes a large 4,000 square foot house, 6 lots for development and an additional 12 acres of developable land on the North edge. IGII plans to renovate the house for future sale.
